2MdeBien-Être takes the protection of personal data seriously and processes data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation.

Depending on how the site is used and which services are requested, the following data may be collected:

• First and last name
• Phone number and email address
• Appointment details: chosen treatment, duration, date, time and location
• Client address, when a home visit is requested
• Content voluntarily submitted in a message or contact form
• Optional information about supplementary health insurance coverage and, where applicable, the name of the insurer: used solely to prepare the session and guide you in your reimbursement steps, with no guarantee of coverage
• Technical data required for the proper functioning and security of the website (for example IP address, technical logs, browser type), when generated by the hosting service or the technical tools used
• Internal browsing statistics: page visited, date, referrer, device type, country and canton when this information is available. The full IP address is not stored in this tool: it is masked and its anonymous fingerprint changes every day

The website does not request an online medical diagnosis. If someone voluntarily shares health-related information, it is handled with particular care and only to the extent necessary to process the contact request, organise or deliver the requested service.

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to contact requests
• Organising, confirming, changing or cancelling appointments
• Managing home visits and checking the travel area
• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders, when this feature is active
• Ensuring administrative follow-up and, where necessary, complying with legal or accounting obligations
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website
• Understanding which pages are viewed and from which regions in order to improve the site, without advertising profiling or cross-site tracking

Data is primarily accessible to Mathias Briachetti. It may also be shared, only when strictly necessary, with technical providers essential to the operation of the website or the booking system.

Data is neither sold nor rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. External services and third-party links

The website may contain or embed external links and services, in particular Google Maps / Google Business Profile, Instagram and WhatsApp. By using these services, users may be subject to their own privacy policies, and data may be processed by these providers, potentially outside Switzerland. 2MdeBien-Être has no control over the processing carried out directly by these platforms.

6. Data retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable legal obligations. Data related to appointments, invoicing or accounting may be kept longer where the law requires it. Contact requests that do not lead to further action are not kept longer than necessary. Internal browsing statistics are automatically deleted after 180 days.

7. Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are implemented to protect data: secure HTTPS/SSL connection, restricted access, backups and updates where relevant.

Please note that no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely free of risk.

8. Your rights

Under the conditions set out by applicable legislation, anyone may request information about their data, request its correction, its deletion where no retention obligation prevents this, or object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, send a request to contact@2mdebienetre.ch or by post to the practice address. Proof of identity may be requested before a response is given.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking for marketing purposes. A consent banner distinguishes three categories: items strictly necessary for the website to work (language, security, forms, booking and remembering your privacy preferences), always on; internal browsing statistics, optional; external Google Maps content, optional. No advertising category is used.

Until a choice has been saved, the optional categories stay disabled: no audience measurement is sent and the Google Maps map is not loaded, a placeholder offering to allow it instead. An anonymous session, kept only in the browser until it is closed, is used solely if statistics are accepted, to avoid counting the same visit more than once. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals sent by the browser are still respected.

Your choice is stored in the browser for six months, then asked again. It can be changed or withdrawn at any time through "Manage my preferences" in the footer: a withdrawal takes effect immediately, without reloading. External services reached from the website through a link, such as Google Maps, Google Business, Instagram or WhatsApp, apply their own policies when you open them.

10. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be amended as the website, the services offered or legal requirements evolve. The version published on the website prevails.
