Mathias Briachetti, ASCA-accredited massage therapist

About me

A journey built around the body, listening and well-being

My name is Mathias, an ASCA-accredited massage therapist. My professional path has gradually taken shape around a single drive: understanding the body, taking better care of it, and contributing to people's well-being.

My journey

After starting my career in real estate, I chose to move toward work that was more aligned with my values. I went back to university to study sport and geography, with a particular interest in movement and how the body functions.

Sport has also shaped my path in a deep way. I played handball for nearly ten years, including a period in Switzerland's National League B. That experience taught me what it takes to prepare the body, help it recover, and listen to it as it tires.

A personal experience that changed my view of health

My decision to become a massage therapist is also linked to my own journey.

I went through a period of health issues that lasted several years. For nearly three years, I explored different approaches and was supported by healthcare professionals and complementary therapists.

That experience changed the way I understand health. It taught me how important it is to be truly listened to, taken seriously, and to be able to take the time to care for oneself.

Above all, it reinforced a conviction: behind every tension or discomfort, there is a person, with their own story, daily life and needs.

My vision of massage therapy

This is the vision I want to bring to my practice.

To me, a massage should never be standardised. Every person arrives with their own needs and expectations. That's why I tailor each session to what I observe, what you feel, and the goal you're seeking.

Whether you want to slow down, release tension, ease pain or support your sports recovery, massage therapy should above all be a moment of care, attentiveness and well-being.

Three approaches

Restorative — To slow down, release everyday tension and rediscover a sense of lightness.

Therapeutic — A personalised approach to tension, stiffness and discomfort, as part of a gradual process of maintenance and prevention.

Performance — For active and sporty people. Sessions tailored to preparation, recovery and long-term physical maintenance.

The Focus Massage complements these approaches with a short, targeted format devoted to 3 zones of your choice.

2MdeBien-Être

Through these different approaches, my mission stays simple: to offer you a genuine moment for yourself, tailored to your needs.

It is in this spirit that I created 2MdeBien-Être.

Why choose 2MdeBien-Être?

Because every person is different.

I don't offer the same massage to everyone: each session is tailored to your needs and to what you're feeling.

Because the body deserves to be listened to.

My approach takes into account your tension, your daily life and your goal, so that every session becomes a genuine moment for you.

Because well-being needs upkeep.

Taking care of yourself shouldn't have to wait until you're exhausted or in pain.

Massage therapy can also be part of a regular routine of well-being and maintenance.

Because my path combines the body, movement and personal experience.

My training, my sporting background and my own experience have shaped the way I approach massage therapy today.

Feel better in your body, feel better in your daily life.
